That's what I'm saying. Yes, there a huge recruiting advantage in Louisiana. But LSU has better facilities and more money for staffs and portal acquisitions than Ole Miss ever will. It's a much better opportunity to win a NC in Baton Rouge than in Oxford. And if the coaching salary is equal, I know I'd rather go where I can get the players I need to win a NC.

While obviously a loud minority got excited that there was communication with Saban and read too much into it, there was communication and the greatest coach in your school's history just helped an in-conference rival land the best coach available this cycle. That's not delusion, that's fact. And now you are all running around shitting on our hire and claiming 'we could have him if we wanted him' because you know it's a huge upgrade for LSU.
