What do y’all think his trajectory is? He seems to be doing a good job in Dallas and good up and coming young coach with potential but you can’t ever tell with the Jerruh organization how coaching changes are going to shape up. Do y’all think he waits for HC spot in the NFL or would jump to a college job if the right offer was presented.

He’s going to be a career NFL’er. 0.000000000% chance he ever thinks for a second about leaving the NFL for college. Being a younger, successful guy in the NFL usually leads to a much more stable career than college head coaching

I hope he sticks around, but he will be a head coach soon.

With the recruiting schedule and now transfer portal, I don’t see why any coach would want a college job. NFL calendar is 1000% better way of life

Imagine spending hours and hours in living rooms of entitled and clueless 17-18 year olds.

Yeah, apparently Boise recruited him hard either last year or the year before and he said no

Once you have a good reputation in the NFL, you’ll always have a job

He'll be Dallas' coach in a couple years.

IMO the main contributor to the Cowboy's success this year has been their defense, not really their offense.

So not sure why Moore is getting love.

Because fans love fawning over young offensive coaches at the moment.

Exactly why I started this post. Young offensive coaches in NFL and college are rock stars right now whether warranted or not. They just appear to do a pretty good job and their stock shoots to the moon. It's interesting to see.

Kind of like backup quarterbacks.

The Cowboys were the #1 offense in the NFL last season in both yards and points. Dak sucks, McCarthy sucks, Kellen Moore sucks, yet they had the best offense in the league a year ago. Somebody deserves some credit.

They’ve been hampered this year by Dak missing a big chunk of the season, but Kellen Moore helped guide Cooper Rush to a bunch of wins when he was starting.

I don’t think Kellen Moore is anything special, but he’s not bad at all. Worst coaches than Moore get hired every year. Sooner or later, he’s going to get his shot.
