I am 100 percent against the Ensminger to OC bullshite, but if it goes through, then he would be the QB coach. He has been an OC and QB coach for much of his career and played QB. Again, I hate it, but OC/TE coach is a rare and odd combo.

Orgeron wouldn't view Steve that way, which is an issue, and Alleva isn't bold enough to tell Ed to find someone else.
I sincerely hope the rumors of Ed wanting Briles but being told no isn't true.

Tendency is for the rant and the CCB to take the worst possible rumor or gut feeling and assume it is true. This does not sound in any way plausible.

To be fair, in the age of internet “reporting “, there tends to be a LOT of parroting of “info”.
One rumor get “reported “ and the other parrots use that as the source.
Also, NONE of this is reporting of facts. It is expression of “I believe...” and “ feeling is....”
There are more things said wrong than right in these cases.
