Why is that such full of shite? Yeh, Steve would be the QB coach.
I think what’s going to be funny is that they’re going to give Steve a substantial raise for the promotion.
Ensminger made $335K this past year. I would expect a bump to $650-700K?

I'm ok with Ensminger in a interim role, but I just don't see him still being in that role in 2-3 years. Not necessarily because he failed, but just because his age. Go out and get someone that can last and really build something. This feels like a stepping stone.
