Yeah people don’t understand the Alabama job is not better than the LSU job
Just because they have had 2 of the greatest coaches of all time does not mean they have built in recruiting and financial advantages over LSU - which they don’t.
It’s absolutely a top 5 job, but so is LSU. You don’t make that move unless you’re about to get in a bind, which I don’t think lane will.

Opposing fans- “Don’t leave Lane, LSU is gonna hurt you. They will fire you in 3 years.”

I don't understand why people worry about LSU not being a final destination.. as mentioned, biggest regret of Saban's career. If you win, a dynasty can be built here. I'd hope to keep LK until he f'ing retires. I don't want a 5-6 year historic run. I want an iconic coach here for 15 years with a few natties sprinkled in. I don't need 10 natty's in 15 years but want to compete for SEC and CFBP most years

I think after the way all this shook out, Lane and family are going to be happy and content bathing in the love and passion Tiger nation will show them.

LK is going to do whatever he wants whenever he wants, as long as he’s winning and as long as it’s good for him. He’s not loyal to anyone but himself and I couldn’t care less! Enjoy the ride!

I’d love to go on a 15-20 year dominating run with Lane. I also won’t care if he’s here 5-6 years and wins a Natty and leaves.
I’ve seen LSU win the Natty with 3 different coaches, and if he wins one and leaves. It’ll just be another chance for another coach to win one.
After watching Saban do what he did at Bama knowing that should have been your program the whole time. Nothing a Coach can do will hurt us the same ever again.

Nope! Saban made that mistake. Our fans are passionate at best. But the REC is a WHOLE different ball game.
