This has been the plan all along. Linehan replaces E. Calloway moves up to PGC.

How about there just be an OC and a QB coach. Feel like LSU created the PGC because we didn’t trust one person to run the offense.

Orgeron will probably retire in 5 or so years.

Orgeron is a dead man walking. You know it, I know it. Everyone knows it. He'll limp through next season and then LSU removes the life support.

You can hate Ensminger and Linehan, and still realize that PGC and even RGC are real positions at schools all over the country.

Passing Game Coordinator is an actual position. It isn’t something LSU just made up

Ehhh..., he also could take us back to the top next year, with a more experienced team and Calloway as OC, just like 2019,..

Have you been impressed with linehan?

What new concepts did he bring?

I don't see any
He didn't even help with the rpo and running game

I’m old enough to remember when the Orgeron model was to hire elite and proven coordinators.

I may not trust Ensminger as a play caller, but I trust his opinion on talent. He’s the one who recommended Brady based on what they learned from him in a clinic. If he believes Calloway is ready, I’m good with that. And you can bet your arse O won’t promote him unless E does approve. He’s run a successful offense. He’s gotten guys drafted at a lower level. If he has the talent, then frick everything else.

Because what the frick has Callaway done to show he can be a P5 OC?

Nothing about this years offense screams “promote from
Within”

You’ve got to be kidding me right? The offense is the only part of this team that’s kept us going. Callaway works with quarterbacks ........ do you have complaints about our true freshmen QBs that stepped up to the plate after a freak accident and performed at the level they did? Did you just see how prepared our QB was against Florida? Get outta here man! You’re crazy

What is Calloway's offensive scheme anyway? Would he run something close to the same overall? (Obviously with some wrinkles/improvements)

Think he ran the air raid but im sure he can just take over this offense, add his own twists, and then add a guy he likes.

I just see him being the qb coach next year not the oc

That’s bullshite

54th in scoring offense
49th in total offense
111th in rushing offense
102nd in 3rd Down Conversions
76th in red zone scoring
94th in red zone TD%

That’s not just “we lost talent” bad thats “everything is wrong” bad.

Any way we steal Jeff Lebby from Ole Miss? That less talented Ole Miss offense is leading the uber talented bama offense in the SEC and is currently ranked 3rd in offense in the nation.

I’m speaking on QBs ....... he’s has no control over the offense. Do you think and nfl vet and a championship oc are going to let him have that much say over the total offense? He’s working with one specific area, like Munoz did, and he’s doing a hell of a job

Since you wanna throw out stats. Let’s check these out that were posted on 247 sports and give a huge round of applause for the boys who showed out against all odds, without their teammates that were supposed to be playing, and with new coaches who stepped in during unprecedented times ....... I’d say our offense is doing one HELL of a job.

Check how how improbable this was even without considering all the bad karma and events leading up to the game...

QB...freshman, 1st start 3rd string
RB...3rd, 4th and 5th string in 2nd half
TE....3rd string, freshman....Taylor
WR....freshman, 2nd string...Boute
WR....freshman, 3rd string...Moore
WR...2nd string.......Jenkins
RG....3rd string, freshman...Martinez in 2nd half
MLB...2nd string, sophmore....Clark
OT.....2nd string, sophmore....Wire
DT....2d string, freshman,....Roy
DT....3rd string, freshman red shirt....Evans
S....,,2nd string, sophmore....Hampton
CB....4th string, freshman....McGlothern
CB....2nd string, freshman....Ricks
CB....3d string, sophmore....Ward
DE....2nd string, freshman.....Ojalari

That my friend is unreal....on the road against no. 6 team, 23 point underdog

what were our stats looking like the first 3 games of the season with Myles as the QB? we've had freshman QBs that were rushed into action and have played pretty well considering we haven't had any consistent running game. that credit goes to Calloway.
