Michigan DID want Miles. Michigan Did offer Miles. Michigan did offer real money. Les turned them down.

My source??? My brain and nothing else. It doesn't take a rocket scientist (or an insider) to figure out that Michigan is going to offer the coaches the job in the order that they want them. Top to bottom. Miles came in at #2!

He guarantees that if Miles bolted, Pelini was a done deal for HC at LSU. He also said no doubt Miles was offered by UM.

Miles was offered (twice!) last offer was around 4.25 million, this we have known for a while now

Secondly, we all know now the Pelini would jump to LSU if we offerred.

But..he would not have been the 1st choice had Miles left...

BIG yuck! Much rather Miles. Recruiting charisma is 90% of the battle.

Pelini would have been the end of LSU football as we know it. I don't want him to ever step foot in Tiger stadium again unless he's bringing another team in to get their hiney striped.

Brandon's little pot shots at Harbaugh and Miles at the Hoke presser told me he's nothing more than a Carr pawn.

Ray Ray Rodman

I will take that bet. Ask you mom to borrow some of her street cash and you can name the amount.

Damn.... Without Bo, Miles wouldnt have won a NC and I am willing to bet Miles wont ever again.

And the Pats haven't won a super bowl since Weiss left them, but I don't want that f'er near the Tigers as a head coach.

I seriously doubt the LSU BoS would not have gone down that road for his behavorial issues. Too much risk for another Mike Archer.

Wrong. We will be back in the SHIP in NO this next season. Les needs his due respect. The guy has 4 eleven win seasons out of 6. And here is where I ask you how many 11 win seasons does BP have? I think 11 is a minimum to win the title.

What a bold prediction, especially when you consider not many schools have won more than 2 titles in the last 30 years

I'd rather have Miles, but had he bolted for the Big House then Pelini would have been a really good replacement.
