Kelly’s agent is Trace Armstrong. That’s money out of his pocket. Ironically, he also represents James Franklin.

I imagine the negotiations is for a lump sum vs paying over the next 5 years.

I'm sure someone has said it, but he's 64 and part of the deal is he has to look for and accept employment. If he's as checked out as people are saying he might just say frick it and take 25-30m.

Right. A fat $25mm check and LSU waives the mitigation clause. It’s not a bad deal for Kelly at all.
