jimbo and crowton had some so-so rankings. is that all you can comprehend? or can you actually watch games and understand concepts and see how the QB, OL and receivers are quality and experience wise in those concepts and if they get it or not.

IMO JA,FKA,BOS And all the Big donors wit TAF rushed O to hire Canada after Saban and Sexton got LK hired at FAU I believe if O would have had time to fully Vet Canada I.E talked to Bert and the HC at NCst Maybe Just Maybe He wouldn’t have hired him and I believe after the MSU game O was catching heat for The loss and Then after almost losing to Syracuse he panicked and that’s why he altered MC gameplan for Troy which led O throwing MC under the bus in his post game PC. which led to the Pow Wow with JA. Canada also should have kept his opinions about O and the way he runs the team to himself Just my 2 cents!

I guessing just like the rest of you.
But here's my take.
Both have a track record and multiple schools.
O was a micro manager at Ole Miss and it cost him his job along with sucky performance. Afterwards he has been to numerous stops and elevated to Interim Head Coach of USC. Right here is where I think O should get credit. Obviously he can get along or they wouldnt have put him there. Again it happened at LSU.
Canada can't seem to go 3 years anywhere. Some are upgrades, but I suspect we hired him because he is good at what he does and gave a great interview.
Once the new car smell wears off I think Canada is the one that can't get along. He will probably make a very good head coach one day, but has trouble not being in charge and having someone challenge his decisions. Think along the lines of Nick Saban.
I just want an OC that can develop a QB that makes other teams respect the pass.

What OP is telling us, then, is the board is telling O he has one shot (mom’s spaghetti) and so he’s going to have to get his man, EXCEPT that the board is going to nix O’s number one and two guys.
