Settlement deals could be in the work if he'd make it to the pro.
Do they pay good? We might see more college fb players testing the water with the NFL and AAF after their junior year.

O is on a short leash. He has to have a battle-ready QB or he'll be on hot seat soon. He got no time to train or develop QB.

He'll be starting somewhere. O is bad in handling the JB situation. Should have told the team that JB will be the starting QB this year when he got JB transferred rather than waiting this late to tell everyone.

He ain't transferring there to sit out one year. McNeese is in Division I football. JUCO is the most likely route then transfer back to a P5 conference.

The new agency rule sucks. Whoever agent can offer the biggest perks for a player, a car, food for the player or his family, and cash to spend while in college gets his service. It will allow more corruptions in college basketball.

What if they can't handle college, Shaq? Shaq is tough as nails.
O probably told Burrow to "sign with us. It's your QB job to take." You don't transfer just to sit on the bench or hold a clipboard.

He will be 73 in 2025. Bama might extend his contract for life. By comparison, Coach Joe Pa coached until he was 85. O might need to beat Saban every year from now to make him quit early. Can O do that?
So if you place a bet on O and if he stays put after the season, would you win the money?
I would be happy for O but until he'd win big games on a consistent basis, I'd say O win on a burrowed time.
