Monday afternoon, sources tell FootballScoop Lane Kiffin remains confident Elijah will sign his contract; however at least one new suitor and perhaps two have emerged sources share.

Sources tell FootballScoop Matt Rhule has made a meaningful offer to have Robinson help anchor Nebraska’s defensive staff, and Robinson has taken time to evaluate that option. Additionally, with Matt Campbell getting the Penn State job, several in the profession believe Penn State has reached out to gauge Robinson's interest.

Imagine entertaining Nebraska or Penn State over LSU.

I'm sure he has interest from other teams, but I'm guessing (hoping?) this is just his agent trying to get a few more dollars. Regardless, LSU will be fine with or without him. That said, it'd be nice to have him.

Does anyone know why Peoples doesn't coach the whole defensive line and instead only works with the ends? And if Robinson fell through, would he be able to coach the interior as well?

I'd shake his hand and say good luck if he wants to coach at those two places.

He very well could take the Penn State job.

From Jersey and played at Penn State. And for all of the great things about LSU football, it's still located in Baton Rouge.

You listen to all potential job offers before making a decision

Of course you would. You are desperately hoping Orgeron comes back so you can get on your knees and suck him off constantly on this board again.

It's ok my friend, they have treatment for low T these days. You don't have to be angry and miserable all the time.

Sounds like LSU should call his agent's bluff.

Where it may get more problematic is he would be coming to LSU as the DT coach with Peoples as the DE coach. The other jobs may be to coach the whole DL.

Sounds like this dude is going to be very temporary regardless of where he ends up. Left A&M for the Fran Brown experience at Syracuse and now he’s considering Nebraska and Penn State over LSU…. Sounds like he just goes after whoever edges out the last offer.

Good players make coaches look like geniuses. Shitty players make them look incompetent. He would be wise to come in and coach this group at LSU to elevate his stock.

Do you even know what youre talking about...

1. He was on Fisher's staff as DL coach. Not Elko's.

2. He was offered a P4 Defensive Coordinator position at Syracuse.
