Note that the headline is:

"Where does Scott Woodward and LSU turn now?"

Clearly implying that there is no grand plan and that LSU has had to move on to new candidates.

I would be ecstatic.

I wanted Rhule to replace Miles when he was at Temple (before Les was even fired lol). The guy just gets it, and seems to be involved with every aspect of the game.

Regardless if this thing has legs or not.

Feldman including LSU and Rhule in the same tweet, has a purpose and is about to pick up an california forest fire of smoke just because he tweeted it.

He didn't say he's hearing USC to go after Riley. He said something very similar to this Rhule tweet.

Whiffing on Lincoln and ending up with Rhule may be the off-brand version of whiffing on RichRod and ending up with Saban.

And I’m here for it.

Justin Vincent stated LSU will likely announce Tuesday or Wednesday. He didn't say that by accident. He was sent out by the Athletic Department to douse the flames of discontent.

Feldman sent out a very similar tweet regarding Riley, who absolutely nobody expected to go to USC, and is known to be in-the-know.

If this Feldman tweet is a precursor for events to come like it was for Riley, the timeline would line up for the midweek announcement.

Inherited a program with only 40 scholarship players. There is no comparable Situation to the mess he inherited at Baylor.

Dave Aranda has 3 top 20 wins this year alone

This may be controversial but I like Aranda more than Rhule.

Dude won like 1 top 25 game in all his time at Baylor.

I like both, but he was still building Baylor when he left. He went from 1-11 to 11-3 in three seasons. You can't expect him to just start picking off powerhouses left and right with a program that was in fricking shambles. Going from that dumpster fire he inherited to 11 wins is a hell of an accomplishment in a 3 year timeframe.

ETA: His 2 regular season losses the year he won 11 games were to Oklahoma by a combined 10 points....The other was to Georgia by 12. That's pretty amazing for a program that won 1 game two years prior to that.

Also saw this random tweet with a reply that says they’ve been working on a deal. Seems like coming from a Carolina person not LSU. Probably nothing but interesting coming from their perspective
