Huh? Does he not have a ring? Was he not a part of the Buckeyes?

Did OSU not have a head coach? Did they not run a defense on the field when Bama had the ball? Did they not run special teams on the field for kickoffs, punts and field goals?

If not, then yeah Herman beat Bama all by his lonesome. Great job !!!

Really, what? What Urban Meyer did while Hermdude worked for him? What he did in his first year with someone else's players? This year at Houston when he went from #6 to unranked? His last four games at Houston?

What exactly is the current proof for him to lead the LSU program?
Let's see what proof you have for your top candidate. I've already named some of the things he's done well and you've attempted to give credit somewhere else while blaming him for some of the failures. If you at least can't give one ounce of credit to Tom Herman, you've completely been exposed in your bias.

I'm just telling you this is a hopeless battle man. This guy won't let up no matter how many people disprove his narrative.

He's not here for a discussion he's here to pump his anti herman agenda and pairing it with coach o being the only viable solution to lsu's HC position, at this time.

Honestly, he's like a small child. if you just let him cry it out, he eventually gets tired and quiets down for his nap.

When did I say he beat him by his lonesome? Now you're putting words in my mouth. Your agenda is obvious.

Who should then?

Seriously

Who the frick should?

There are a lot of coaches out there with more experience than Herman that LSU can look at. A guy who has coached for less than two years in a little league and has seen his team go to shite should not be hired as the LSU coach.

Is Herman not the head coach at Houston? I blame it all on the fricking waterboy. That sumbitch is not doing his job and causing the team to lose. Only thing it could possibly be.
Then why are you ignoring the successes of the program or putting credit elsewhere?

O needs to prove he can coach with his own players and staff at another mid major school.

Kinda like Herman needs to do? He did great last year with the previous coach's players. How is it going this year? How much worse will it be next year?

So fricking what? Yes I am biased against LSU hiring a guy who has coached a minor league team for less than two seasons. A guy who this season is doing worse than last season. A guy who IS coaching with another coach's players.

I have been a LSU fan since before I was born and didn't even know it. I am not in favor of hiring a guy who's biggest accomplishment is winning one game as OC under another coach who probably would have won the game anyway.

Name them.

Seriously name like 3 candidates you would prefer to Herman. 3 isn't a lot go for it.

When did the success happen? Does the LSU admin totally disregard what happened the last month and a half?

We get you don't like Herman, but the AAC has been solid the last couple of seasons, and as inexplicable as the SMU loss was, a 7-2 record isn't "going to shite".

Not the same as losing to UCONN (I didn't even realize they had a football team) and SMU.

and for the billionth time UH is not the same as LSU. UConn is to UH or close to it, what Ole Miss is to LSU.

Name LSU's coaches who are in the college football hall of fame. Compare the number of heisman trophy winners. Compare the highest awards given to QB's in college.

Come post your results, I look forward to it.

The season isn't over with. Get back with me in early December. He still plays Louisville and Tulsa (the team who beat SMU 51-7 after SMU drug Houston all over the field).

How about I compare their top 25 finishes:

Twice since 1990.

2

Last year was their first top 10 finish since 1979

Yep, equal programs and UH is actually a lil better
