If the big money alumni who donate to A & M want him out, he will be gone.

I’d bet someone will convince him it’s the right thing to step away. He’ll get a fat check for doing so that’s significantly less than his buyout but big enough to make him go away

If Jimbo loses to Auburn, his seat will certainly get a lot hotter. He may need to pull off another top 5 recruiting class this year, otherwise he may get canned before next season is over with.

I just saw that a 5 star LB decommitted. What happens if a bunch of recruits start jumping ship?

86 million. There are very few boosters that are kicking that kind of money. Rich boosters are rich for a reason; you don't stay rich giving away that kind of money with no potential return.

I'm a big money booster and I disagree.

Sure, if they can shite out upwards of $100M to buy him and his entire staff out then god knows what for his replacement.

He’s not going anywhere this year. The big question is will the boosters throw good money after bad and buy another top recruiting class ?

I don’t believe it will matter. They were ahead of the curve last year. Now everyone has caught up and have collectives in place.

Currently they are not ranked high and are losing recruits. Moreover, the recruiting services are not predicting a strong finish for A&M, they’ll be fortunate if they are in the top 20 after signing day.

If A&M loses to a horrifically bad Auburn team that doesn’t have a coach, the fallout will be incredible to watch.

Wrong question.

Better question. Is when does A&M fires Jimbo?

Please let this happen. I want to see him squirm and talk gibberish really really fast during the post-game press conference
