I’ll just say I’d be excited like y’all are if I was an LSU fan. Lane is clearly a great coach.
I don’t think the narrative is going to be kind to Lane irregardless of his success going forward. He bullshitted everyone with his documentary, and he’s proving every single one of his detractors right.

I think he's handled this situation about as good as a coach could. The only reason he's getting a negative response is his past. It doesn't appear he's lied to anyone, he's been open to Ole Miss that he's looking, etc. Not sure what else people want him to do, other than stay at an inferior school because they finally had a great season?
