He was a hot commodity when he was Jimbos DC and FSU was rolling. Cant hurt to have his recruiting skillset for Deion.

Wasn’t he terrible as the DC at FSU a few years ago? Pretty much took what Pruitt built and let it slide

This appears to be official now. I believe he is the only sitting P5 coach hired by Deion thus far. It's been all FCS, G5 and analysts. Sheesh.
