Barring a significant change in plans, the Miami Hurricanes and offensive coordinator Dan Enos are expected to part ways after today’s Independence Bowl.

They are losing a good coach IMO.

Sarkisian is not going to give up QB coaching.

If he becomes available, Saban will find something for him to do.

I seriously doubt the offensive staff has a shakeup.

That’s pretty stupid. I’d expect nothing less from Manny Diaz

Dan Enos is one of the better OC’s Arkansas has had. This screams that Diaz wants control of something.

Enos isn’t much of a talent evaluator, but he is a hell of a play caller and one heck of a QB coach.

To be fair, we often take too long to realize coordinators are not as good as we thought and we will look past years of struggling because we think they can get back to that previous seasons success.

I don’t know enough about his time in Miami to know if this is the case, but it’s a trend I see with the “name” coordinators that hop around frequently

If I were Kirby, that's what I'd be doing right now.

He was good enough for Saban but not Miami.

They're headed in the wrong direction.

Canes fans were stoked to get him. He made some harsh comments about Jarren Williams after he played pretty well for a freshman against UF. Then their season went to shite so I think the fans said frick this guy.

Enos helped turn Brandon Allen from a questionable SEC starting QB into someone who got drafted into the NFL and has been in the league for four years now. In 2015 when Enos was our OC, we were #1 in nation in offense efficiency. With the right parts he can make a hell of an offense.

Enos was at Arkansas a while. The transformation he did with Brandon Allen was remarkable. The offense under Chaney and Enos was night and day. The same could be said for QB development between the two.
