I am glad you are amused. It takes a certain kind of person to think this way. Congrats. You suck.

Because Brick signed his extension, they would have to pay his buyout, whatever it is, on top of Orgeron and a new DC. Maybe that is a sticking point. Maybe they are worried about staff discord if they dump Brick. That could be an issue if it affected another key recruiter.

Don't forget the potential loss of some premier recruits this year who committed like Toliver. Losing Corey Raymond and Brick Haley would paralyze the program instantly. No way Les can afford to not keep Haley at LSU now.

I'm not so sure it would impact recruits that much. Not that it is anything official but looking on Twitter at several players tweets, they are pushing hard on recruits to "come join something special". Now this is pure speculation but would the players maybe be privy to some info about the staff or could they have been told some type of reassurance? I agree with some as to thinking the staff has their pick and are keeping quiet until the details are ironed out. I'm also not so convinced the CP is out of the running. Im trying my best to be positive (New Years resolutions and whatnot) but that's always a gamble when being a LSU fan headed by Lesticles.

these guys have a ton of confidence in themselves and now realize that it is them against the world. Players have tweeted things about it not being the coaches, but the players. They know that they have a ton of talent and can be a special group, no matter the DC.

That's how I would view that. Those guys are rallying together, which is a great thing.

So why didn't Miles best bud Cam have to have prior sec recruiting experience? I sure hope we are not letting him slip away because of this alone.

I also heard Ponamsky say Landon Collins would sign with LSU.

He's not always right.

I did not say he was the front runner- just not out of the running. CLM can still upright the ship

Right now CLM is his own worst enemy.

Ask Skipper would do. Les needs to flush the whole process down the drain, reboot and go back to the beginning- this ship CAN be uprighted. If CLM is willing to circle back.

Call it second round of interviews Les but please for the sake of LSU circle back before it is too late. The paint is drying quickly
