He absolutely deserves huge credit for making the Brady hire. He realized what he was good at: recruiting and motivating. And stayed out of the coaching. I think it surprised even tiger fans with how well it’s worked. Extremely impressive.

Yep, the guy that’s been there for years is the reason for the drastic change in results. Not the new guy.

So you didn't notice us running a lot more spread at the end of last year and in the bowl game? Sure Brady is the key to it all and changed a shite ton and especially helped the west but E had a huge hand in it and who in the frick do you think coaches QBs? Who do you think our best scout is and has been for 10 years? Who is our best coach on Offense to identify the weaknesses and has been?

E is the same guy that got into it mutiple times with Cameron to the point they had to be separated mutiple times. He has wanted the spread but didn't know how to fully implement it himself, that's where Brady has come in. Sure Brady has been calling the plays under his watchful eye but he has been there every step.

And to the frick nutz saying E should go....who coaches the QBs? Answer that dumbass. And quit being an emotional retard thinking we can't pay both.

It's truely amazing how ignorant some of you are with business and contracts in general. It truely amazes me and thank God yall are not in charge making emotional decisions.

Could be because he's never even been a coordinator, and is winning with Les Miles program. (Meaning it had everything it needed to succeed except coaching) Ole Miss was who he is, and if he can't keep spending over $4 million/yr on coordinators, it'll be who he becomes again.

Recruiting and motivating are just two aspects of being a head coach that Orgeron does at an elite level.

He’s certainly lived up to the hype on the things for which he’s known to be damn near legendary and he’s surprised a lot of folks with his ability to manage the entire program.

We’ve seen other schools make splash hires and they’ve got nothing to show for it going into the 3rd year.

I think a lot of programs would gladly take where we are and we are headed in the coach’s 3rd year.

Trolls man.

Same folks doing mental gymnastics to diminish Orgerons success are still convincing themselves that their mediocrity is ok bc the media told them they hired a really good coach lol

As TT9 said, I don’t give a shite

12-0

Yea, that plan is to make him OC at the end of the season. No way in hell they let him get away.

This here. Its pretty simple stuff.

Do people really believe after the last 10+ years of inept passing offenses that LSU is going to let Brady get away? They would probably severly overpay if needed

I also think SE would take whatever demotion necessary to do what's good for LSU

I bashed O since the day he was hired, but he is serving his purpose exactly like they wanted him to. And shockingly to me, it's working pretty damn well...now
