Thinks DA is in play at UCLA if chip goes to Oregon.

I think Dave is actually being truthful when he says he doesn't want to leave Baylor right now. I know that's rare, but he seems pretty genuine about it.

Could you fricking imagine! Thought he got away from the SEC and the coach that owns him so far in head-to-head, only for him to come over and be your historical rival.

He can own that conference going forward and get Baylor in the playoffs someday. He is a fantastic coach and his players love playing for him.

He should stay at Baylor, continue to build, and eventually a blue blood will come calling

He strikes me as a man of his word who has wholeheartedly committed to further building upon what he has accomplished thus far at Baylor. I believe Baylor has their guy for a while.

Aranda is a perfect fit for baylor.
He can load up on those texas kids for his defense.
Aranda probably rathers 4 and 5 year players he can teach.

That guys a different breed of coach including being HONEST and Genuine about his interest in leaving....aside from that, I'm far from sure UCLA would even be a lateral move right now, he just won the B12 with a Fr QB. I see him cruising to multiple B12 ships as he continues to get more and more of his guys in. UCLA is a mess, this move just doesn't make any sense to me

Are we even sure UCLA is a better football program than Baylor at this point? UCLA hasn't won a conference title since the damn 90s and have only had random good years when they get a player like MJD or Brett Hundley. Baylor has been far and away the better program for the past 15 years at least, and recruiting in Texas vs. Cali is about a wash

What is the definition of "Right Now" ?

Baylor is a better job. Why would he do that?

...or he turns Baylor into a Blue Blood. They play damn good defense. The really good programs have really good defenses historically

I would be a serious UCLA fan.
Would love to see him go there and screw USC’s season up every year.

He should stay at Baylor then when BK retires at some point he becomes LSU's next HC.

What if it’s Aranda Oregón is actually coming calling for?
