No brainer, he will have an immensely talented QB room to start, can ease into learning how to recruit. Go get him BK

Yeah. Don't overthink this.

The owner pressed upon him CAM NEWTON and SAM DARNOLD

couple that with McAffrey's inability to stay healthy...no coach was going to make that work.

Situation like that can leave a bad taste in your mouth for the pros. Maybe his style is more suitable for college. I would not hesitate to hire him as the offensive coordinator at LSU

Amazing what you realize you don't mind once you find yourself in his current situation.

If it gets him a multimillion dollar job, he will. No shot another nfl team is looking to hire him as OC.

Doesn’t want to recruit yet we were the favorites to land Caleb Williams until Joe Brady left and he cited Brady leaving as being HUGE and we completely lost any traction we had with him

…and a month ago people said he wouldn’t take the head job at LSU for 8M.

the dude is going to do what’s in his best interest. He’ll recruit because it helps him succeed.

I’m so glad we have a coach now who isn’t going to be swayed by this homer nonsense

Max ain't world beater but he had 27 TDs to 6 INTs in Peetz homeless man's version of Brady's offense.

Yeah maybe...or basically whoever Brady sees in the landscape that he wants to bring in...or Walker Howard

You underestimate the current roster management opportunities in College football. Much easier to land a diamond in College than the NFL.

Tired of the "it was all Joe Burrow" narrative.

It was Burrow, Brady, Ensminger, all the offensive staff and players. Yes, Big Dick Joe was a god among men, but he didn't do it alone.

Brady implemented the rapid reaction drills that improved the WR corps so much. Brady also called every single play between the 20s, which is where most of the points were scored that season.

For those worried about his recruiting ability, if he can develop a quarterback into a game changer and develop guys like Bech into Chase/Jefferson type players, recruits will come without having to persuade them too much.

I'd take Brady back in a fricking heartbeat.

People are so dumb and brain melted by first take TV they refuse to ever admit that it’s possible that two things can be responsible for some success. They think it’s 100 percent player or 100 percent coach. It’s insanity

The same folks saying Joe Brady at Carolina proves he can't do it without Burrow, Jefferson, Chase, etc are the ones totally ignoring that fact that the NFL completely ate Lane Kiffin's lunch but we would all take him as OC with no hesitation.
