Perrilloux had at least 3 altercations that occured that didnt get him kicked from the team. He had to do one more for les to boot him. So stop acting like les has zero tolerance

RP also failed multiple drug tests.

Both players were given more chances than Winston, as of yet.

Jimbo gets to play dogshit teams every year and compete for national titles at FSU. I would be beyond shocked if he went to LSU.

If this years FSU team were in the SEC west, they'd be 8-4 at absolute best and possibly worse than that.

Why? I don't know Jimbo personally but coaches have egos.

The SEC is arguably the best conference and the SECW arguably the best division in college football.

Some "alpha" coaches just might want to compete against the best each week.

Jimbo is a good recruiter has some LA ties as others have said his relationship with the FSU brass isn't the best.

Not sure he would come but if the LSU job opens he should be the first call IMHO and we should make it hard for him to say no.

I get it...but LSU in the last three years has had its share of players who made bad mistakes. I haven't paid attention to FSU's off the field issues besides Winston's...seems like the DA/police are soft in Tallahassee.

This, sort of. DA is legit, Willie Meggs. Police are shite.

If winston was just getting in fights or doing drugs it would be different. Thats what college kids do.

HE raped a girl and the Tallahassee police covered for him.

I'm sure it's been said, but the only reason I could imagine is if he wanted to do something about the discipline issues and the administration refused to allow it. If Jimbo wanted to run a clean program and was told to shut up and let shite get swept under the rug, I can see an honest man not sleeping well with tainted success. I have absolutely no basis for this theory, but it might be the only reason why he would actually leave that job that would make sense.

So how many chances would you give him before he gets the boot? 3 failed drug tests? 5, 7?

I thought he allegedly did that?

You expect Jimbo to kick him off the team for allegedly doing something in a case that was initially dropped? Not taking into account if the police tampered with the case or not.

Miles let the team vote on whether or not to keep a guy on the team. Let's not act like Miles' is some angel here. He is just as scummy as Jimbo

The team both is a joke. Miles already decided to let him back on the team, but he had to earn the teams approval too. That is additional scrutiny not less.

And Les miles kicked RP and Mathieu off the team, we don't know half the shite they have done, and i doubt we know everything Jameis has done.

Also he sad out 0 football games for stealing

if any other coach out there would leave a discipline issue to a team vote, they'd be raked to the coals, and deservedly so.

but here, it's appropriate for some reason.

i think it is dumb how people view it.

Clearly Miles decided he wasn't going to kick Hill of the team. Which is the right call. Then he made Hill realize he has a responsibility to the TEAM. That is also the right call.

Did miles know the outcome? yes, but it would have been the same no matter what. and i think anyone can tell Hill wasn't a bad kid, just has 2 moments of lapsed judgement that were blown out of proportion.

so didnt kyle anderson do something similar to hill? obviously was a long while back, but i kinda remember those incidents to be similar for some reason. and hill's incident was caught on camera. dont remember anderson's fate being left up to the team.

obviously not all discretions are created equal to any coach, including miles.
