I understand patience and process. However, recruits may see a horrific defense in every sense of the word and they would be right. BK gets paid $10 million/yr to fix this. Hopefully he does.

Most of all the ESD recruits are locked in where they are committed so changing coaches before it doesnt help that much if at all. If Kelly makes a move it might be after Dec 20th.
