Very interesting who takes that job. The new wave in the NFL is the young OC. Maybe Cooter?

Good.

He should have been fired for losing the team as rapidly as he did, before we even get to how badly he botched the Eli Manning situation.

What happened last week will probably prevent him from ever being a head coach again, IMO.

They also fired their GM which to me opens the door a crack for Saban, bc presumably he could have influence on that hire.

It's well beyond time to just accept that Saban will never leave Alabama. I don't know why some of y'all still do this to yourselves every year.

i could see the Giants trying to throw the whole bag of cash at Payton but that's a bad situation, i don't think he'd take it.

So does Sean Payton take the Cowboys job, Denver job, Giants job or LSU offensive Coordinator?

Can another Pro Team poach another coach like that? In the pros I thought there are rules and laws to prevent this.

He almost took the job twice and his agent called the team about the job before they hired McAdoo. That’s not enough to mention it as a slight possibility? GFY.

Saban is not going to a team that needs to be rebuilt, especially with question marks at the QB position. He's too egotistical to take on a rebuilding project in the NFL. That is a fact.

If a perfect scenario opened up for him, I could, however see him making the jump. For example, if the Texans fired O'Brien, he'd have a team with a legit QB and ridiculously talented defense, plus a top tier WR in place. That is a team he could put over the top.

My sources told me that Canada is interested in the Giants job and if offered he would accept.

Wish we could get Adam Henry back here as a coach.
