It will impact Alabama’s ability in recruiting the state of Texas for 2022. The replacement won’t necessarily have the relationships that Banks did.

We might be replacing him with Sumlin. I know Sumlin isn't a very good HC, but I think he'd be just fine as a TE/ST coach. Surely he can recruit Texas...at least I would think he could.

Who cares. Anyone can recruit for Bama. Just dish out more Chargers or something to the recruits to make them happier.
