It's just very meh....Canada + Etling has me very apathetic towards next season

He'll hand the ball off and will smash the little sisters of the poor and then get shut down by any D with a pulse

I'm looking at it as reality setting in for this program down the road, with everyone in the O crowd blind to it.

I know. Hell the HC hire makes meh seem okay though

Hopefully we have an open QB competition. Need one of the younger guys to take advantage of bowl reps.

You have to hope Scott makes any kind of progression under any OC.

Mediocrity - What some of us deserve for treating Miles like shite his entire tenure

Miles asked for it. If you ever doubt this go back and watch the first series of the Wisconsin game. That was a "frick you, we're doing this MY way."

Wasn't Kiffin part of the binder?
No, but from the looks of this thread, everyone ran with that.

The binder just said he had plans to hire a "premier offensive coordinator"

And even if rumors swirled hinting at Kiffin, think about all the rumors LSU has been involved in in the past 2 weeks, what reason do we have to trust in any of them?

I blame Jarrett Lee and Ryan Perrilloux. I rewatched the Florida game in 07 and our offense was super dynamic. Even under the Fisher/Miles era we were amazing at the inside screen and that short passing game.

We are better off without kiffin IMO

This is likely true, which further highlights the inanity of hiring Orgeron on the chance (at least partly) that he could bring in Kiffin.

I'm hoping we either give it to Aranda by then. My dream hire was Taggart but there is no way we can lure him from Oregon if he's successful.

Also wasn't keeping Aranda a big part of it? So at worst he is 1-2.
