I listened to this one while running. Really entertaining, interesting, and fast paced.

Not gonna lie this felt like Mistborn where I just did not like it for maybe the first 1/3 and now loving it. 3/4 way through red rising. The writing was just not what I’ve been used to to start the book.

Red rising is not great. The rest of the series typically is.

No clue why they started the series with hunger games in space.

I had the same problem with this series. It didn't quite start out like the previous Mistborn novels. But I ended up liking it more. It's a really solid series.

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet, I'm too lazy to go through the 50+ pages and the search brought me nothing. The Bladeborn Series by TC Edge is very good. If you want a long epic, I think its 6 books so far and he said it'll most likely be 8 at the end, this is a good one.

I'll give it another shot once I'm finished the Expanse. I have way too many books on my list because of this board. Glad it's gotten me back in to reading, though. I've been listening to about 6 hours of audiobook per day and reading for about an hour in the evening instead of watching TV. I've really been enjoying it.

I really enjoyed the Covenant of Steel books.

This was an excellent series. I finished it in less than 2 weeks. I'm not a fast reader, but this series had me committed very early on. It's one of those series you wished were 8 books long with 1000 pages per book (something Sanderson usually accomplishes).

But anyone that likes reading Sci-Fi and doesn't check this series out is doing themselves a disfavor.

Finished Expeditionary force series after seeing it suggested on here. After 16 books I thought it would end but there will be 2 more it seems. Was very entertaining. Not sure what do read next as it's been about 3 months of the same series

It's the 2nd or 3rd series in line for me to read right now because of the praise it's gotten on here. It seems to be pretty well loved.

I'm almost finished the Expanse series. It's 9 books long. Pretty entertaining.

Hyperion is one of my favorite sci-fi series of all time. I even liked the later books which some people do not.

Thanks for the responses. Once I'm done with Leviathan Falls I'm starting it.

I've been plowing through the Expanse since February. I've enjoyed it but damn, I'm ready to get it over with.

im near the end of book 1. it started out great but is starting to lose me a little. the priests story is by far the best of the of the bunch and its the very first story. im at the bounty hunters story now and its just weird and confusing. the rest of the groups stories were ok. i heard the ending is what makes it though so we'll see.

I'm on book 3 of The Witcher and I'm finding it such a tough series to get through. I've spent the last year or so on a Sanderson and Jordan binge, so maybe I'm just not used to Sapkowski's style.
