I would say I disagree, but I like this idea. I think she will start heading towards Westeros, get caught in a storm, land in Valyria, discover some important stuff, then go East, land in Asshai, then go East again an make it to the Reach long after the White Walkers have broken through the wall and killed everyone and Dany is old and ugly and her dragons all died from drinking seawater.

so I'm pretty convinced that Dany is heading to Valyria next, not Westeros.
this has been my thinking, as well. we have to see Valyria after as much as it's been brought up, right???

You'll see it in Book 12: "A Dream of Weiners" by George RR Martin's Bloated Corpse

Quaithe also told her that she must pass beneath the shadow, so I'm pretty convinced that Dany is heading to Valyria next, not Westeros.
Yep. I don't think Dany will have a choice either, since I expect them to send every army in Essos after her to destroy her and her dragons. Tyrion will say it is their only hope of making it to Westeros, since the armies of the Free Cities will sail around Valyria and not through it.

I Think I'll just put this HERE. I'm pretty sure it has not been posted before.
If it has, enjoy anyway!

I'm sure this is probably not new to this thread. But I've found the ultimate crackpot theory/spoiler:

Love that. It's so badass.

She'll fart around in Valyria like she did in Mereen.

After tonight, I keep visualizing Charlton Heston screaming
PASTE IS PEOPLE

After tonight this is what we know:
1.) Qyburn working on the Mountain to make Robert Strong
2.) No Jojen Paste
3.) The Hound isn't dead/is open-ended..."what, unless a Maester pops out behind this rock".

Hey, the good news is that now we'll all migrate back to the Crackpot thread!
After tonight, not sure that it does, at least not until ADOS. They will NOT finish the next two books in one season unless they expand the number of episodes, I don't care what D&D say about it. They will have to do some MAJOR cutting to get that in. And we have no idea how big TWOW will be, but most of us expect it to be like ASOS on roids and I will be surprised if it isn't out by the end of 2015. It took two seasons to cover ASOS, why would TWOW be different?

I guess that crackpot theory of Tyrion's father not being Tywin has been dismissed?

I'll throw my book in the fire if this turns out to be true.

Tyrion is definitely Tywin's son.
I'm pretty sure we'll see Jaime hit the Riverlands sometime before the midway point next season (since his funeral will be in E1). We'll have the scene with Genna Lannister-Frey talking to Jaime about how Tyrion IS Tywin's son (both biologically and in nature/personality). I think all 3 of them are Tywin's kids, but there is no doubt at all that Tyrion is Tywin's.
