Marines using the little ammo can. They should have brought the 7.72 ammo cans they are about 3x the size and weight.

Those ammo cans, with weights in them, are 30 lbs. Might not sound like a lot, but it drags you down when you are trying to run with them as part of the overall course. Good stuff!
