Brian Kelly is the real deal. Saban will be a recruiting nuisance for him. Deon Sanders is a Hall of Famer and one of the greatest athletes all time. He is a recruiting threat for everyone. That can not be ignored. The opposite of love is not hate. The opposite of love is indifference. We don’t talk about people we don’t care about or worry about. Sanders has national relationships we can not ignore, on the recruiting side of things. We have to just get used to recruiting against him. None of us can poop on a Bo Jackson, Jim Thorpe of Dave Winfield like legacy he has. Truth does anger some.

They are gonna get their asses handed to them recruiting class or not. This guy is going to play other teams with equal or better talent and a HC who is nothing but a hype machine. 1 year and they are gone.

The worst will be down the road when Deon leaves and they have to replace 80.

For me, jury is still out. It’s a shock to see this many but it’s necessary there. I’ll sit back and enjoy the show.

You don't roll into a program and declare your nepo-baby the starting QB and expect anyone to "buy in" to the new team culture. Especially after telling all the players that have been on the team they would be doing him a favor if they transfered. If he doesn't win quickly there it's going to turn toxic fast.

You do if you want the scholarships to go get your guys. He has 2-3 years to win. That should be plenty of time to get a roster full of top players. Deon has the name and can get those that don't know any better. Why grey shirt at Bama when you can start at Colorado?

While he certainly needs to upgrade the talent, not sure how much upgrading he can achieve with the second portal window trying to replace 30 guys. Generally not the cream of the crop in that group. Mostly guys who saw they were not going to play after spring practice.

In all fairness, when he arrived he did tell them to jump in the portal because he was going to change the culture. Don't know whether that will be for the better or worse at this point.

It will be interesting to see how he does coaching at a more competitive level. Obviously, he's got a lot of charisma and will win most any press conference, but does that translate to long-term success?

I don't get the hate for him. I hope he does well at Colorado.

Better than that...I don't SEE the hate you speak of. Stop making shite up. We all like Deon and want to see him do well.

This is going to be a colossal failure. But it will be fun to watch.

This program needed to be gutted. He’s doing the right thing. If the CU brass will be patient they’ll be a force. Gotta dead head the rose bush to get more growth.

I think it will be figured out that his approach is wrong. Im all about accountability and competition, but his very first team meeting went south pretty quick if you ask me.

Prime has always been a self absorbed clown. Not surprised by this at all.
