BATON ROUGE – LSU, who remained undefeated at 14-0, fell one spot to No. 6 in Monday’s AP Poll.

LSU returns to the court for its final nonconference game on December 29 against Albany in the PMAC.

What more can LSU do? They've beat everyone on their schedule so far but continue dropping in the polls. Kinda bullshite if you ask me.

Bc they are playing shite teams. While the teams that are moving ahead of lsu playing quality opponents. Notre dame beat Texas and UConn. USC beat UConn. They are being rewarded beating quality opponents.

It’s funny how that doesn’t work the same in football though. Only in basketball and baseball. Lose a game to someone worth a darn, you are rewarded. But we have undeated teams in football who played no one outside of their conference and make the playoffs. Then get absolutely spanked when they actually play a team with talent. Playoffs would have been better with South Carolina instead of Indiana. But whatever. This crap is so inconsistent. If I’m in the SEC, I’m scheduling Youngstown State and McNeese State instead of USC for non-conference opponents from here on out. We’d be 9-3 had we done that.

Mulky has a lot of new players that have to learn how to play together and who is going to do what, in certain scenarios. She uses her OOC schedule for teaching and situational awareness, before her Conference schedule.
LSU will have plenty of tough games (USC, TX, Tenn, etc) to verify their rankings!
Let Kim be Kim, she’s done this successfully for a long time!

It does when we end up having to play Iowa in the elite 8 instead of the final 4 like last year.

Iowa won’t make it to the elite 8 and right now scheduling justifies the rankings

He was using that as an example. That’s what happened last year. LSU played a weak occ schedule and got a lower seed.
