She took an uber select which is double a regular uber, with a 5.9 multiplier going against contraflow, which forced the driver to go around. At regular rate, it would have been a $25 ride. She should have been told this, the last thing anybody would want to do after an LSU game is to try and drive against conntraflow. She probably could walked there and back and back again in the time the ride took

However, she's screwed because she opted for the surge charge. She was probably too drunk to realize she selected the Select option. Hopefully UBER fires this idiot driver for purposely trying to jack up the rate in time and distance.
