Former NFL veteran and current College Football analyst J. J. McCleskey got some good footage recently of LSU quarterback signee Lindsey Scott working on his footwork at the gym.

Scott, a 6-0, 205-pound dual-threat quarterback from Zachary, LA will enroll at LSU this summer.

Has good feet but how good is his hand and pitch on the toss dive?

Asking for a friend.

Some people should be happy in what we have instead of don't. I want kids that want to be here.

In a related story, Steven Rivers said that his height contributed to a lot of his success.

Height isn't everything. It seems like Russel Wilson gets less passes batted down than Brees or Mett did.

Wait... Wilson is 5'11". Brees is 6'0. Mett is 6'5". I'm pretty sure I see plenty of Brees' passes batted down these days.

A shorter QB that is smart uses his legs and brains to avoid getting passes knocked down.

We haven't had a Q with that kind of footwork since ... I cannot remember. Hope it shows out on the field in time.

I rather look at Heart and Ability to read Defense alone with being a Leader.... And by the way Drew Brees is pretty good at "6ft"

... and to think Master of Football Science (Les Miles) was not going to even give him a look.... Am I surprise with his judgements of evaluating past QBs .. NOT AT ALL..

And there it is. The single most desperate, utterly useless putdown of Miles I have ever seen. He wasn't gonna do it!...I mean...he did, but he wasn't gonna!
