LSU's Ed Orgeron is the 37th highest paid head coach in College Football, making a salary of $3.5 million per year, according to USA Today Sports who released their annual coaches-salary data on Wednesday. His buyout is $5,291,667.

Orgeron is the ninth highest paid coach in the SEC along with Arkansas' Chad Morris.

Alabama head coach Nick Saban was No. 1 on the list at $8,307,00 per year, followed by Ohio State's Urban Meyer at $7,600,000.

And it shouldn’t go up no matter what. It’s predicated on aranda and hiring the best assistants. All he does is recruit. I’d give aranda 1$ less than oregeron. He’s worth it.

Did any one look at the buyouts? Saban 33 million which I get. But Malzahn is 33 mil too. No wonder they can’t get rid of him.
