LSU quarterback Joe Burrow remains the leader in ESPN's Heisman Watch after week 12 with Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts and Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields behind him.

1. Joe Burrow, QB, LSU
Total points: 50 (first-place votes: 10)

Notable: Week 12, like Week 11, showed us that the Heisman race is Burrow's to lose. The clear favorite had another Saturday for the books, tossing for five TDs and 489 yards (a career best) in a 58-37 win over Ole Miss. Two of those TD passes were over 50 yards.

Quotable: "You know things have changed at LSU when you have 700 yards of total offense and everybody is upset in the locker room." -- Burrow

It's his trophy this year. Might as well put his name on it and ship it to LSU now. Hell yes!

You’re right. He has the best WR numbers in college football. What’s the deal?

Idk if it’s Joes to lose because Justin fields could leap him in the upcoming games. OSU plays I believe penn state, Michigan and then a big 10 championship game. So I don’t think it’s set in stone yet

You're kidding? JB got every 1st place vote available in the ESPN survey. He is on track to win the Heisman in the biggest voter rout in history.
