Former LSU and current Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry was not happy when he found out that five-star cornerback Patrick Surtain Jr. was signing with Alabama over the Tigers and sent out the following tweet.

Surtain Sr., the father of the talented CB saw the tweet and was not too happy.

So it's not a violation when a former LSU player tweets at a recruit because he didn't sign with his school? Got it.

Which recruit's twitter handle is listed after the "@" in the above tweet? So, who tweeted "at a recruit"? Got it.

Watch your mouth? LOLZ What's he gonna do when his son gets laid out during a game- run on the field and fight the other player? You're a big part of the circus we just witnessed anyway, Popsnocchio- so shut your pie hole.

You go Jarvis, I liked the tweet. Called Surtain a groupie. lol You recruit a kid for 2 years and in the last few weeks of signing day there is a rumor from Bama that coach Raymond is leaving after signing day. Go play for Satan.

Looks like Surtain and Jarvis have broken bread more than a few times over the last few years in Miami. Guess this is his way of saying GTFO?

Jarvis is becoming my favorite former LSU player.

I would bet anything that Surtain Jr has been trying to get close to Landry by saying he was going to LSU. As a DB, you could learn allot working out with an all pro NFL reciever

Oh noooo. Someone called my son a “groupie”. All he did was ruin their class by misleading them for 4 years only to leave when it mattered. Then that man said groupie. So mean.

As TaderSalad said, he could get caught with Schedule I narcotics and a stolen firearm in Monroe and he wouldn't miss a down in Loosa

PP7 was from Florida. He's not "reppin the boot". He's repping LSU. Relax. Not everyone who doesn't go to LSU hates Louisiana.

Anything goes in recruiting. Nobody got played. You cant fault the kid for choosing Nick Saban over Coach O. LSU has been sloppy because of the leadership at the top. Alleva is joke. Les Debacle,Jimbo screwup, O hire, Offensive Coordinator disaster. List goes on and on. Will Wade is only thing I can give him credit on and that is still a work in progress. Bama equals stability. Cant blame him.

Your points underscore the issue all have with why Groupie Jr. chose to play the game this way.
