The LSU coaching staff continues to the recruiting momentum rolling by landing a commitment from three-star ILB Kendall Mccallum from Oxford, AL on Monday.

Mccallum, a 6-3, 245-pound prospect, chose the Tigers over offers from Ole Miss, Missouri, Louisville, and others. He is LSU's 18 verbal commit for the class of 2019.

ILB Kendall McCallum Junior stats 105 tackles (72 solo), 12 for loss, 4 sacks, 2 forced fums, 2 fums recovered and he is a thumper this young man is really a hard hitter. But don't those stats remind you of another ILB we all come to love and enjoy watching every Saturday, Devin White I'm not saying he's White but out of all our MLB's it's White he resembles the most I just hope he plays like him. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!PURPLEREIGN????????

He should be a high 4* i barely see flaws in his game.. A beastly tackler, good coverage for a mike backer, read and react skills are threw the roof.

No reality camps...you know that's where most of the star rankings are formed.

A lot of times, really good players are rated low because they don't attend football camps. That's were the star rating comes from. Its usually based on how well you perform at camps. This kid has some pretty good tape, and personally I'm interested how they perform on game day, not practice.

A 3 star on Rivals and not even rated on ESPN; however, this kid is something special. Unbelievable speed to the outside, reads play well and will absolutely shake the ball carriers teeth on tackles. He'll play early.

2 guys commit that Bama doesn't offer. U can take these guys all day. It keeps them from going to auburn and giving them depth. Keep it up.

People complaining about 3 stars now for a class that graduates next year have no clue about recruiting.
