My experience with Amtrack from ATL to NO and back was outstanding. Made the trip with a group of friends. 3 excellent meals served in each direction. Would recommend a full sleeper if you are traveling with someone. It is not that much more. The space, convenience and privacy is worth it.

Famous Halloween night game 1959...not Billy Cannon's run back, but Billy Cannon playing on defense and being part of the great goal line stand that saved the game. I was 9.
In a recent post, I read that he took time off because his wife had heart problems. The health issue was not his.
How about a link for that quote you are attributing to Miles? Sounds to me like you put your spin on Miles comments.
For the same reasons that airlines overbook. They want to leave the gate with a full plane.

Hey its slow...why not get the crystal ball out and take a shot at how the west fared with Cam in the bulldog maroon. Me thinks...
LSU 7-1 with win over Auburn, still beats MSU because catches them early before Cam gets going
Ala 6-2 with win over Auburn. Has enough to beat MSU with Cam.
MSU 6-2 reverses outcome in games with AU anr ARK
ARK 6-2 Beats AU, but loses to MSU
AU 4-4 Loses all games to the LSU, ALA, MSU, ARK

For me the only choice that would be better than Fuente would be a former Head Coach with strong offensive background. But wait...how long would the senior guy be happy as second banana, would he ever be happy as second banana, would he butt heads with Miles. Nevermind, I like Fuente best.

Good question...there are many who would like to know how Chad is doing. Unfortunately, some whose nads haven't completely developed have chosen to provide "teen chatter" responses.

I think you missed his reference. When he talked about people who did not tear up when the Tigers took the field, etc., he was referring to a group of fans from another team who did not boo when their team was not doing well. He went on to say that he still did not understand the need to boo, but respected the passion for the program that drove that type of reponse...and that he preferred his fan base to have the passion that spawned a few knuckelheads.
The Hat knocked out of the park...awesome presser.

Miles has the want to be the head man for 10 more years. He will average 10+ wins per year. He will be the winningest coach in LSU history and he will have the highest winning percentage. He will be a national legend in recruiting. No one will be his equal over the time that he is the LSU coach. Oh yeah, he will make a couple of bone heads moves ever year - no different than any other coach. By virtue of sustained success and natural cycles, he will win 4 divisions, 3 conf and 2 national titles.
Now, there is some sunshine, baby. Grab a beach towel and enjoy.
