QB Coach and New OC?

Has anyone thrown out the possibility or think that part of Miles "deal" to stay was him taking less money (not getting a raise) so we can pay top dollar for a new qb coach(Fuente/Nessmeier) AND a new OC? What does everyone think about that scenario?
ETA: Forgot about the coach limit....still possible that he agreed to not take more money so we could throw more money at a big time OC

Did he also petition the NCAA to have more coaches on staff than allowed?

There have been several coaches that have taken a pay cut in order to pay their assistants more (pretty sure Sean Payton did it)...didn't know you couldn't have an OC and a QB coach.

no. you could. if the oc coaches a different position.
only 10 coaches are allowed.
1. HC - Miles
2. OC/QB - ????
3. DC/LB - Chavis
4. RC/RB - Wilson
5. PC/WR - Gonzales
6. OL - Stud
7. TE - Ensminger
8. DB - Cooper
9. DL - Haley
10. ST/DL - Robinson

sounds like les is going to hire a qb coach and promote from within for the oc position.

Fire Stud and Ensminger and bring in a line coach who can coach tight ends. This leaves room for an OC and a new QB coach.
