Ref threw a phantom hold flag after the ball out of QBs hand.
Seemed like an insurance call in case ball was caught.. which it was.

But the hold was 1000% a ref protecting an asset in Miami. Sorry but that call was criminal.

It really wasn't simultaneous. Receiver had it the whole time. DB touched it initially, then wasn't even touching the ball with his hands while it was in his own lap.
