His team did not quit on him last night. He also made adjustments at halftime to get us back into the game. Joe Sloan would not have made adjustments and the team would have quit on Kelly just like they did after the first half of the A&M game in 24 and every big game after that.

But Baker quit on the defense and decided to put them in a crappy position on OM's last drive.

Two things: the Ole Miss rebuild, and finding Chambliss -- two of the most impressive things to me in college coaching in recent years.

Did you notice Lane with the play sheet in the second half?

Baker channeled Chavis last night and went to a soft zone that allowed OM to drive the ball down the field.

The SEC didn’t threaten to expel Ole miss because a Mississippi judge is giving their 24 year old QB a SIXTH year of college football.
We should have found a judge to give Joe burrow another year and see how he would have carved up college defenses.
Weiss said Kiffin hired him to his staff at 21, three years younger than Chamblis. If that was then Chamblis would be 3 years older than his coach.

Ole Miss fans are still complaining about the game clock in 1972. I guess some people will complain about TC for 54 years too.

And who was the head coach who did those 2 things?

Chase Daniels implied that the loss started with Sam. He throws a pass and it is an Int. He doesn't throw a pass and it's a 3 and out. 153 yards passing is not going to beat anyone maybe 250 will and it gets the def off the field
