BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU’s 2025 baseball team will receive its National Championship rings on Saturday in a special ceremony to be held at 4:45 p.m. CT in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center prior to the LSU-Texas A&M football game.

Beginning at 4:15 p.m. CT, the 2025 National Champions will walk down Victory Hill, onto North Stadium Drive and into the Maravich Center, and the Ring Ceremony will begin at 4:45 p.m. CT.
They call it Tradition Fund for baseball. I am one of the lowest rung TAF point persons but I have had baseball season tickets since 1996 (when I graduated from LSU). I received no priority when we moved stadiums because I had no TAF...Sadly, you don't get points for having graduated or paid tuition or I would have some.
The one I bought maybe last year on SG was mailed to me. You have to have a physical pass
that can still change for TV and whatnot. They don't usually announce those this early.
Did Beck have eligibility left? He was a senior last year.

I do know Jay stated that 1 player not drafted that didn't enter the portal did not return. Wasn't sure who that was.
I THINK he had started a new one (I was not friends with that profile so I thought we were no longer friends but his profile shows nothing posted since 2022). I used to run into him at baseball games and Superior regularly. Very nice guy for a very intimidating looking guy.

I ordered mine yesterday. They still go through LSU's site but it gives the code to be able to order a pass ahead of time. They will still have the golf course lot as a pay lot but can't purchase ahead of time.
Apparently he did really well at the MLB combines and he clearly wasn't going to get playing time at LSU. He already entered the portal so wasn't coming back anyway. At least 3 draft picks for the Braves signed for a total of $12,500 (2 at 2,500 and 1 at 7,500). I wish him the best of luck. He never got a chance at LSU
Considering the top 2 picks, HS Seniors each signed for about $2.5 million under slot, I am super happy for Ant.

Course, Kade Woods, who was already gone in the portal, signed WAY below slot. I guess he just wants to play

Signed for $2.50k
Pick Value: $188.60k

Will that be fall ball again? Didn't they play one of the fall ball there this year?
A former LSU baseball player, btw...so another gym/baseball connection
Larson just posted on instagram Texas...apparently, that is his new destination...so yay, yet another former player we can have to face off with.
Tanner Reaves has also announced he is officially returning.
Yep, 1998, they were set up to win 3 in a row...then the winds in Omaha died and the homeruns didn't go and we lost 2 in a row. Then the final game was windy again and the score was insane (21-14). If I remember correctly, by the end of LSU's run there, every starter had a homerun in the series (one might have actually been a ground rule double but they ruled it a homer).

Killed me to watch the championship game when I knew we should have been there.
Let's be honest, when Jay was hired, he wasn't a name that was on most fans radars. I went to the introduction at the Box. I liked what he had to say. We thought that it would be one of the names with more ties to LSU (Bianco, Godwin, one of those types). I personally did not want Corbin or Vitello. I didn't think Bianco was ready for the pressure of LSU. Honestly thought it would be Godwin then they showed us this guy coming from Arizona. He has impressed me over the past 4 years.

And Blake Money and Sami Durante got married either earlier this year or late last year.

He did...Michelle Gauthier. They have 2 kids, I think.
I never really paid attention. Now, schools that coaches left, I understand. Duke had 24 enter the portal with at least 7 of them going to Virginia to follow coach.

According to the D1 transfer portal, 22 Tennessee players have entered. I thought our 9 before the end of the CWS was bad...
