Baseball ticket renewal?

Any update on baseball ticket renewal. Website says 10/1 deadline. I’ve not received email and don’t have access in my account to renew.

I got mine about a week ago but I believe the deadline was pushed back to October 15th or 16th if I recall correctly. You might want to call the ticket office and check up on your seats.

I got the email on the 21st. Deadline is pushed back to the 16th.

deadline to renew was Oct 1 but they were late getting tickets in so they pushed it back to like Oct 16

I have a job and kids. I don’t always have time to call btwn 9 to 5. But thank you for the expert guidance.

Did you click the "Auto Renewal" option when you renewed your season tickets last year? If so, you will not get a renewal in your ticket account. I called the ticket office last week because I was getting worried. They said that I had chosen "Auto Renewal" and they explained that season ticket holders who did the Auto Renew option will get an email "next week" telling us that our tickets have been renewed automatically. Mind you, "next week" is THIS week, so hopefully we receive that email in the next few days. I had completely forgotten about that Auto Renew option on last year's renewal.

This was the first year I didn't get the renewal email.
But since it was running late, I was checking my ticket account everyday and I might have completed it before the emails went out.

I actually just looked and I didn't get the renewal email either so no wonder. I guess I just need to set a recurring mid September reminder

You need to contact the ticket office immediately.
They usually call you before canceling your tickets but you should have received notices way before now.

I inadvertently clicked auto renewal on my gym tickets...they didn't e-mail me at all about the renewal and finally took the funds in August (even though due in July). I do not want them auto renewing my baseball so they did e-mail on September 21 with the deadline of October 16.
I think the "new season ticket holder request" is due October 1.
