March 2021 we went to St. John for a week.
It was absolutely the best trip that either of us had ever been on.

Planning it now. Leader in the clubhouse is Singapore/Bali depending on award availability but I could talk myself into Europe somewhere.

St. Barth. Chill at beach clubs all day. Eat like a spoiled fat kid all day and night.

We're not there yet, but planning on Italy.

Couple days each in Rome and Florence but the majority of the time spent in Tuscany.

Can’t recommend it enough. They usually run some good deals like pay for 3 nights and the 4th is free.

Did Tuscany this year for my 30th. Flew in and out of Rome and got a villa in the countryside near Cortona. Great trip, let me know if you need any help planning.

Mine is in a couple of years. We we're just talking about it. Got engaged in Big Sur/Monterrey. May go back there and then do Napa or since it's in the dead of summer, go to Davos or Liechtenstein.

I noticed that you have adverts on your personal blog, do you get paid for those?

...how did you pitch it?

It's just Google AdSense. You put the locations for the ads and Google fills the slots. They pay very little though unless someone clicks on an ad. Typically only a few cents a day. I don't want to clutter the page with ads so I try to only have enough to cover the hosting costs for the site.

I think I made around $230 on ads in 2023 and the hosting was around $200.
