Excellence resorts are doing the same. Say they have separate rooms where people who test positive can isolate for free up to 14 days.

The test results are just a typed sheet of paper. You won’t need a professional forger.

It’s alive and well already? You can confirm this? Would love more details if so bc trying to not cancel this trip. Still have 13 days to do so and I will put it off until very last day. Any info is appreciated.

Nope. But with 50+ trips to Cabo and Riveria Maya under my belt, I'm confident that I'm right. And have planned travel with the above assumption in mind.

Heading to Mexico on 2/2. Screw it. I'll let the board know how it works out.

I’m headed to Cancun on 2/5. I’m leaning towards saying frick it and going since the resorts are all providing tests

Going to Playa Mujeres in April. Our resort sent a message today that said they would offer free covid tests prior to departure and a complementary 14 day stay if you test positive.

The Covid vaccine does not prevent you from getting Covid or being contagious with Covid. It simply prepares your body so that if/when you do get it, you won’t get really sick.

You are stating this as factual, when it is speculative at best. There is no evidence that what you stated is true - the vaccine manufacturers are simply saying it might be true, but they are still looking into this. In fact, based on data and test results from the vaccine trials, it is much more likely that this is not true.

Flew to the Bahamas in Mid December. They required a lab PCR negative test prior to entering the country via plane. Also had to apply for a travel health visa and insurance prior to admission. Atlantis did provide on site testing for $60 I believe.
