That place is pretty awesome. My inlaws are on Loch Lomond, so we spend a lot of time there. Often some good parties happening at the Cedar Lodge property. One thing I will say about Loch Lomond: it's a beautiful lake, but it's fairly small.. and the "wakeable" part of the lake is very small. Great lake for fishing, kayaking, cruising on the pontoon boat, but not a great lake for wakeboards, surfing, etc.. The big channel is big enough to tube in, but it get super choppy/crowded for anything else.

Not much in the way of elevation though.

Lake Burton,Raban and Seed are over 1800 feet in the North Georgia mountains but rentals are somewhat difficult to come by but Burton would have the biggest selection with all the amenities that you're looking for.

Looking like this. Found a nice big house with a hot tub and a private pool. Close enough to the lake to walk. Should be great
Spit on Al Gore's houseboat while you're there. Its the one with jet skis and and huge climate killing engines.

That Gorebloat is fantastic. I fish out of Rock Island sometimes and would love to blow blue smoke out of my old Mercury around that thing. What Marina?

By the way OP, Rock Island state park is pretty cool. Rock Island market at the entrance is a great place to eat (short order stuff). Fall Creek Falls is not far. Jacks top BBQ in Sparta if you head over to Fall Creek Falls. You’ll have a great time on that lake.

Stayed thee a few times when picking up kids from away camp. Great place. You can rent a pontoon boat from the local marina and pull the kids on tubes all day.
