I got the days at Vail I wanted and no date was unavailable. Unfortunately SWAF and Buddy passes aren’t bookable until Dec 8th which are part of the trip strategy.

Glad you got your days

I did'nt even bother to look yet. We only have three trips currently planned, 3rd week of Jan, MardiGras Week and last week in March. I doubt any of those will fill up on reservations....If we can still ski by then.

I think the rush this morning were your season pass holders that are really nervous about getting locked out. Now with that cohort is satisfied, as long as you have a little leadtime and flexibility you should be ok.

Can anyone help?
If we get a Tahoe Local Pass for $549 how much can we expect to spend on buddy lift tickets at North Star or Heavenly assuming a 40% discount?

Northstar window rates will be $220-ish per day.

I see that SLC just got dumped on, 2-3 feet in the Cottonwoods. Planning to go there in Decemeber, hopefully Covid doesn't wreck it.

Headed to Steamboat in February. Been to most of the other Colorado resorts, park City 4x, Jackson Hole and Tahoe. Any Steamboat recommendations would be appreciated

First year I'm skipping buying a pass and going only backcountry. I was already on the fence, but the COVID regulations made it an easy decision to skip out on resort skiing this year.
Time to earn my turns every day.

I got a epic keystone season pass. The reservation system opened up on Friday and when I logged in there were 111,000 people in line ahead of me (this is for all epic passes, not just keystone). That is insane.
Anyway, planning for 10-12 ski days this season at keystone (most day trips from home, 7 officially booked) and 4-5 at Crested Butte with the same pass for a full week long trip in February.

Do you live in Denver?

What’s Steamboat like as far as terrain? Is it worth the longer drive from Denver as opposed to Breck or Winter Park?

Any recommendations for a family trip? Plan on leaving 1/1.
I will probably be the only one to ski. Wife and 3 year old will be looking for some activities.
