NOLA Scapes - Jonathan
He's mostly southshore, but he might venture over there a few times a year.

I have a Koolaire (made by manitowoc). 450lb head and 350lb bin. It is water cooled and my garage has AC. It puts out some ice. I usually turn it on Wed evening and its almost full Thursday morning, run it all weekend. I got it for exactly what you listed. Use it even more than I expected.
Make sure you have a drain too.

Any specific recommendation?

Yes, cutting short and 2x per week.
Not sure of ph.
Maybe I need more patience or lower expectation of the zoysia. I'd like to level with some sand but am worried some of the thin spots will get worse with that.
Appreciate the responses.

Have not aerated this year but have in past years. That could be it.

Another zoysia question.
Have some spots doing great/super thick and others still thin/ lighter color. Do I need more patience, dethatch or something else?
Any help is appreciated.

I think i have this going on right now in my 2019. Makes a rattling noise for about 5 seconds on startup. Nothing after that.
I'm having trouble finding someone to work on it for this issue.

CMC, white cap, ram tool. Not sure which construction supply places they have in BR.
How do you like the SBE3 20? I just bought one (impulse buy), have not shot it yet.
Agree, Barrel fish is maybe one of the best eating fish in the gulf. Similar to grouper, but better in my opinion. They yield a lot of meat.
Waiting on a 12' aluminum gate (single) with opener. Price was right at 6K. They told me 6-8 weeks. I've been waiting 16.

They just gave me a lump sum price for the whole job. Quick math puts it around $20-22/ LF. I had 8 long and 4 short downspouts coming from the second story. The rounded downspouts were a little more, added an extra $450.
I recently used Mikes affordable gutters. They did seemless gutters with the round downspouts on my house. They were on the ball with everything. Made 2 extra trips out to make some minor adjustments/ repairs. I offered a down payment, but they did not accept any money until I told them I was 100% satisfied with everything. Very happy with their service.

I rented a core aerator from sunbelt rentals. It was around $80-90. Enjoyed doing it myself.

Please put me on the list, if others fall through. Beautiful dog, reminds me a lot of our old girl.
Check out Fowl creek outfitters. Went with them two years ago, booked last minute passing through the area. Both young guys, we just met them in the mornings. Made two good hunts.
Race track at the front of HWY 23 is open, full service. Not much after that.
Not sure about VM.

We usually leave from camp in BSL and run the channel near Cat Island.
Fished there a couple weeks ago, rough as hell again. Found the smallest area of calm-ish water and did pretty good, all nice stuff.

Been twice in the last month. First time was really good and last Friday was really slow. It was rough both times. *Live bait is always helpful out there.
Juniors on Harrison. Great drinks and food.
My go-to for downtown/uptown is drinks at Hot tin or whatever the bar is downstairs and dinner at Mr. Johns.
