Feel free to ask all questions here. Lodging, restaurants, equipment etc
Gonna be a weird season. Already talk of restricting Summit County resorts even more due to an alleged covid surge which may magically disappear after the election.
As of now have a Steamboat trip planned last week of january.

Have a trip to SLC booked for the third week in Demember, booked back when flights to SLC where $180 roundtrip. Covid tanked my SLC trip I had planned last March, hopefully this one happens.

Summit is doing its best to hang with Latoya.

The order is in response to rising case numbers in Summit County, which has a two-week incidence rate of 371.2 new cases per 100,000 people. That rate falls into the stay-at-home level of response

Have a trip (resort portion) booked for Snowmass Dec. 16-23rd. Called today to try to purchase lift tickets/lessons/rentals but they still weren't for sale. Said to call back either tomorrow or Wednesday. Would like to book flights and rental car but want to have lift tickets in hand first.

I’m considering going back to Whistler Blackcomb. Stayed on the Whistler side last time. I want to go back and give Blackcomb a shot, but who knows when Canada will let Americans back.
Heavenly and Sun Valley are the others in consideration. I may throw Park City in the mix.

I’ve got 3 long weekend trips so far: Vail in Dec, Copper in Feb, Crested Butte in March. I need to get Steamboat on the books. I’ll hit up A-Basin and Keystone on Fridays and Winter Park on the weekends with the fam.
Friendly reminder: Mardi Gras week is the same week as Presidents’ Day weekend.

Same here. I was one day from leaving.
I saw on here where one person claimed the Denver Post predicted a dry winter for CO.
On the other hand, I see that the Farmer's Almanac predicts "Cold, Above Normal Snowfall" for CO and "Normal Temps...Snowy Inland" for Tahoe and Utah.
Does anyone keep up with the Almanac's predictions of weather with regards to their accuracy?
I am out of the country until mid-April, bought an Epic Local season pass, and am praying for lots of snow throughout the season and into Spring for when I get back to the states.
Enjoy the mountains you lucky son of a guns.

Excuse the noob question, but does an Epic Pass = a Lift Ticket?
Looking at the 4 Day Epic Pass for Breckenridge, and I'm a bit confused by the wording.

Yes. That’s a lift ticket for four days. An epic season pass is a lift ticket for the entire season.

We got 4 day passes to Loveland. Pretty excited, we’ve never skiied before!
Got the Ikon pass this year, planning on hitting up crystal mountain every possible weekend, jackson hole late february, and likely Snowbird/Alta March. Maybe big sky if i can squeeze it in. Looking forward to a lot of snow, we got our first snowfall of the season in the cascades last weekend.
