Copper today was fun, some snow meant for some soft turns. Super Bee was by far the best lift of my trip, so much vertical and late in the day nobody was over there. Not sure which resort I like more between Copper and WP, I think Copper has some better runs but WP has a better vibe. Flying out tomorrow, might sneak a few runs in at A-Basin since I fly out late.

I'm in Beaver Creek / Vail too. Vail has had better snow than Beaver. Both have pretty poor conditions tho. I heard Vail got a good amount of snow last night so I'm interested to see what the conditions are tomorrow when we are back there.

Crested Butte next month. Only visited in summer so never been skiing. Looking forward to some powder.

Heading there for Mardi Gras. I hope they get some snow. I heard Vail has snow machines so that may help.

January has been brutal for this entire area. Supposed to get better this weekend.

I had heard that of the Epic resorts Keystone has the best snow. Copper Mountain had the best snow that I skied on, Vail's groomers though keep a ton of terrain open. They can cover up some thin spots, plus the front side isn't very rocky like other resorts.

Last day of my CO ski trip, had time for half a day at A-Basin. This place is pretty cool, snow still isn't the best but I would love to be here after they got a dump.

Wolf Creek expecting a good ole fashion dumping Friday to Sunday. Expecting 3 to 4 feet just Sunday alone. Going to head out Friday and see what happens

The vibe reminded a lot of Bridger Bowl which is one of my favorite places to ski, no fancy base area just skiing the way it was meant to be. Wolf Creek looks fun, hopefully it dumps. I am sure now that I am flying home, CO will see record snowfall.

Next few weeks look really good here in the PNW as well. Crystal supposed to get 5-7" Wed-Fri and what looks like another 6"+ Sat night-Sunday night. Glad we're past the rain spell

Looks like we'll be ok in Tahoe after all...
Total snowfall projections through 4 Feb
I'll take 17 feet! Or even 1/4 of that

183" is a lot, would be worried about avalanches in that scenario. Hoping WA is above 100" as well

Mostly the Olympic Range.

Of course, this is just long term GFS. The takeaway being that the storms are rolling in!

I'm going to Crested Butte the first week of March. Hope that isn't too late.

Planning a trip to Park City the second week of March. I have never been to Park City. Is this too late in the season for Park City? Should I steer my trip to a different location? TIA

You should be fine, Park City generally closes early mid April. Worst case unlikely scenario it’s closed you can probably find tickets to one of the resorts in Utah that closes later.
